'In peace true soldiers are captive lions, fretting in their cages. War gives them their liberty and sends them, like boys bounding out of school, to obtain their heart's desire, or perish in the attempt. Battle is the soldier's vital breath! Peace turns him into a stooping asthmatic. War makes him a whole man again, and gives him the heart, strength, and vigour of a hero.'
C.T. Studd (famous British missionary)

Jesus said, "I have come so that you might have LIFE, and have LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY!"

He said, "I am the way (not religion and all its institutional decrees and demands);
I am the truth (the truth that can never change or be corrupted by religion, no matter what name the religion goes by);
and I am the life (the life that  transforms and makes us truly free, that gives us our purpose and reason for being; that springs into eternal life)."

"And you will not come to me that you may have life."  (John 5:40)
