'In peace true soldiers are captive lions, fretting in their cages. War gives them their liberty and sends them, like boys bounding out of school, to obtain their heart's desire, or perish in the attempt. Battle is the soldier's vital breath! Peace turns him into a stooping asthmatic. War makes him a whole man again, and gives him the heart, strength, and vigour of a hero.'
C.T. Studd (famous British missionary)

MY HEALTHY SUGGESTIONS - TIP 1

Do not use a metal spoon when using aluminium saucepans (neither those coated in teflon].

It is a known fact that aluminium can seriously affect your health in many ways, and especially in relation to degenerative brain disorders such as, dementia, and senility. (ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)

When you use a metal spoon or other implement to scrape food out of a saucepan or frying pan etc., miniscule particles of aluminium contaminate your food. These then enter your body and can end up accumulating inside you.

The same thing goes for what is very common these days with ready-to-cook meals in aluminium trays. Tip {do not scrape] the meal out of the aluminium container into something that you can safely cook it in.

At the very least, stop using metal spoons and forks to remove the food onto a plate. Get yourself a wooden spoon in any case.

The same advice goes for Teflon coated pans. Teflon is highly poisonous when ingested, and indeed, when heated to high temperatures it releases dangerous TOXIN compounds including a chemical called perflourooctanoic acid. Epidemiologic Evidence on the Health Effects of Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA) - PMC (nih.gov

PFOA has been linked to a number of health problems in humans, including diagnosed high cholesterol, ulcerative colitis, thyroid disease, testicular cancer, kidney cancer, and pregnancy-induced hypertension.

Just check the condition of your saucepans to see how scraped and damaged they already are!

Hope you take heed to this advice and protect yourself and your family. Get rid of the poisons and toxins in your kitchen being used every day by your family.

Steel pans, copper pans, and ceramic-coated pans are best. However, when ceramic coated utensils get scratched and worn, please replace them.

A little health tip to bless you.
