'In peace true soldiers are captive lions, fretting in their cages. War gives them their liberty and sends them, like boys bounding out of school, to obtain their heart's desire, or perish in the attempt. Battle is the soldier's vital breath! Peace turns him into a stooping asthmatic. War makes him a whole man again, and gives him the heart, strength, and vigour of a hero.'
C.T. Studd (famous British missionary)

Its time to get up

The headlines in every news outlet and on every media platform is of gloom and doom. For the last three years the world has suffered an obnoxious and murderous psychological attack upon its populations by the rulers of the darkness and the hidden agenda of fear: and it is not going to stop yet.

A number of people were discussing with me just yesterday about how the world has become very dark, and hope seems to be all but gone. It is true of course that the media thrive on bad news, but this current level of anxiety and hopelessness has been deliberately escalated by the puppet media flooding its readers with brain-washing negative disinformation.

Wherever you look, whatever you watch or listen to, it is either of a depressing nature, of violence, fear, or worthless stupidity. Films are filled with hate, murder, demons and devils, viruses and worldwide disasters, all feeding people's minds with things that destroy life rather than elevate it.

If you chew on poison long enough you will become sick and die from within.

Right now we need a band, an army, of blood-washed, Spirit-filled Warriors who know nothing else except to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to this fast-dying age we find ourselves in.

Sadly, most believers (church people and pastors), are just as worried and anxious as the rest of the world about their houses, their job, their income, and their future dreams and aspirations. They are preoccupied with the things of this world which are soon to pass away, and have no real concern or passion for the work of evangelism and reaching the great multitudes of people lost in sin and bewilderment, headed for an eternal hell.

BUT somewhere out there are some special souls who have no love for this world, and who long to see God's kingdom come with power and glory. They may be alone and wondering what on earth 'church' is all about these days, and are utterly disillusioned with all the artificiality of a plastic religion that holds no power and no authority. They see the darkness spreading throughout society at a rate never seen before, while congregations sit in their sanitized buildings singing little ditties, with the band prancing around on the platform supposing that they know God and can lead the people into his presence.

To such men and women out there who are sold-out to the cause of Christ Jesus, no matter what age you may be, a word comes from the throne telling you that NOW IS THE TIME to arise [get yourselves up] and shine, for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you, 'for the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross [thick, heavy] darkness shall descend upon the people:

BUT the LORD shall arise upon you [in glorious light and manifestation], and his glory [his power, his light, his honour, and his radiant presence] shall be seen upon you. And the heathen shall shall come to your light, and kings [rulers, executives, leaders, politicians, business people] shall come to your rising [your rising up from doubt and fear, from obscurity, from unbelief and despair, from sin and backsliding, from impossibilities, and from being unknown or unwanted].

Revival does not start in the church, neither is it (as some presume) a successful evangelistic campaign. Revival is personal. It is when the dried-up servant of Christ, the backslidden and careless believer, the discouraged and worldly pilgrim gets back into the Word of God, back onto the path of truth, and puts away all the things that hinder him from running the race and daring to do exploits in the name and power of his God. It is when the love of God and the love of souls becomes his number one passion and occupation of mind, heart, and actions.

You can sit there and do nothing, and nothing is what you will get; or you can obey God, get yourself up, get dressed in your spiritual uniform, and begin to shine for the glory of your Lord and Saviour. Everything else will follow, as God will always, unfailingly, honour those who honour him.

In the darkest night the light shines the brightest. Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
