'In peace true soldiers are captive lions, fretting in their cages. War gives them their liberty and sends them, like boys bounding out of school, to obtain their heart's desire, or perish in the attempt. Battle is the soldier's vital breath! Peace turns him into a stooping asthmatic. War makes him a whole man again, and gives him the heart, strength, and vigour of a hero.'
C.T. Studd (famous British missionary)

Light in the darkness

Russia threatening the West with nuclear ash; governments distributing the Fear Agenda without any conscience to what they are inflicting upon a young generation whose hope and futures they have already destroyed.

Myanmar civilians being murdered daily by their own evil military; China raising her wretched aggressive head seeking world domination; America with a President who is either demented, robotized, or just a dead body being kept alive until they can find something better.

Israel leading the charge to infect the world with genocidal science; and then Australia and New Zealand creating police states with inhuman and dictatorial leaders treating their people as prisoners and experiments for social control.

Add to this all the millions of people starving, homeless, persecuted, imprisoned illegally, infected with trial drugs by the big pharmaceutical companies; used as guinea pigs by Bill Gates and his cronies; denied critical care and hospital treatment, and utterly lost in the confusion deliberately created by the media on the instructions of lying men and women, who themselves are possessed by evil itself.

A world in distress, religions that failed the people; no voice that speaks light and truth to the nations, and a delusion, the like of which nobody could ever have imagined.

But there is a voice, if people would but listen. It comes as light into the darkness, as hope to the hopeless, as sight to the blind, and as hearing to those who have been deafened by the selfishness of mankind.

It says, "I am the way." The way out of this mess, the way to find peace, the way to find reason and understanding, the way to overcoming the darkness. "I am the truth." Not a truth, but the truth. Truth never changes. Even if millions do not believe, truth remains truth; but to those who find the truth, truth makes them free. The Voice says, "I am the truth." "I am the life." The Voice declares that it is life itself, and without the Voice, life cannot exist. This life is what creates and sustains everything, both seen and unseen. Most people are but dead men walking, waiting for their last breath to snatch their souls away to some unquantified future; but those who discover the Voice, that declares itself to be the life, have assurance of who they are, and where their eternal destiny lies.

This voice is Word, or more precisely, The Word.

'In the beginning was The Word. And The Word was with God; and The Word was God. All things were made by him, and without him nothing was made that exists throughout the universe.'

Whoever believes in him and receives The Word as the truth, becomes privileged to be a child of God, adopted into his eternal family, to live forever in a heaven which no man could ever describe in sufficient measure to show its beauty, joy, peace and wonder. No more tears, no more pain, no more death, no more sorrow in that place.

The Word is Jesus. His name is above every name, both in heaven, on earth, and throughout the immeasurable span of space itself. The Bible says, 'Whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved and delivered.'  His name is Jesus.

In the darkest night, the most dreadful circumstance, the loneliest place you might find yourself, just call out his name, and he will save you. God so loved the world that he gave Jesus his only Begotten Son to die in your place, so that you might not perish and go to an eternal hell: but he died and rose again so that you might have everlasting life.    (John chapters 1-3)

'Come unto me all of you who are weary, burdened, troubled, and disillusioned, and I will give you rest.'  (The Word)

I am not talking of a religion, (whatever that religion may be), but of a personal relationship with our Creator. Religion will make you a slave to the dictates of man and his list of rituals, special clothes, lists of rules and regulations, special buildings that are considered to be super-spiritual.

But the truth, the Word, will make you free. For where just two or three are gathered together in his name, he will be there with them.

The truth remains the truth, unchanged, unchangeable.

Everything I have said is to be found in the Bible, God's word to us in all generations. It is light in the darkness of this world. It shows the way out and the purpose of your life.
